TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan, Philippines — A woman was beheaded allegedly by her cousin in Barangay Bitabian, San Mariano, Isabela on Sunday.
Witnesses said Daisy Pascual, 46, was in the house of her neighbor Nedy Ignacio, 46, when Arvin Pascual, 49, entered and hacked her using a jungle bolo.
The suspect escaped.
