Blackout to hit Isabela

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan , Philippines  - A 10-hour blackout will affect parts of Isabela today.

Lilibeth Gaydowen, National Grid Corp. of the Philippines-Northern Luzon spokesperson, said the 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. outage would affect the areas being serviced by the Roxas and San Manuel substations of the Isabela Electric Cooperative II.

The power interruption will pave way for maintenance works along the Gamu-Roxas 69-kiloVolt line.
