MANILA, Philippines – Volunteers and personnel of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) have been deployed to Cebu and Aklan for the Sinulog and Ati-Atihan festivals.
The PRC’s Cebu chapter started their operations on Jan. 7 with the setting up of four first aid stations around the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño.
The setting up of first aid stations and deployment of staff and volunteers will continue until the culmination of the Sinulog festivities on Jan. 17.
