SABLAN, Benguet, Philippines – A 22-year-old tattoo artist from Baguio City was found dead along Naguillan Road in this town on Monday.
Workers in a government road project found the body of Rudyard Michael Fernandez in Barangay Banangan.
Fernandez was reported missing two days ago by his relatives.
Investigators said Fernandez’s body bore strangulation marks.
