Barangay executive nabbed in drug sting

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines – A barangay councilman and his companion were arrested in a drug sting in Barangay San Francisco in Mabalacat City, Pampanga on Monday. 

Allan Garcia, 53, a barangay kagawad of Dolores, and Ernie Flake, 52, were nabbed by agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, said PDEA Region 3 director Jeoffrey Tacio.        

Three sachets of shabu, P1,000 marked money and a loaded 9 mm pistol were recovered from the suspects.
