ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – A 60-year-old German wanted for theft was arrested in Labason town in Zamboanga del Norte Friday, officials reported yesterday.
Poker Haugk was arrested in Barangay Bubungan at around 12:30 p.m. based on a warrant issued by Judge Oscar Tomarong, said Inspector Alexie Palisoc, town police deputay chief.
Details on the theft charges against the suspect were not immediately available. Bail was set at P20,000 for Haugk’s temporary liberty.
