MANILA, Philippines - Typhoon "Urduja" has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) but isolated rainshowers are expected in some parts of the country, the state weather bureau said Thursday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Urduja left the country today and was last observed at 855 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.
It is packed with maximum sustained winds of 130 kilometers per hour and gusts of uo to 160 kilometers per hour.
However, PAGASA said the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest country will also be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
