SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines -- A graduate of Central Luzon State University (CLSU) topped last month’s licensure exam for veterinarians, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said.
Topnotcher Felkins Miguel Macabitas got 88.20 percent, followed by schoolmate Gian Ato Dizon Canlas (85.86 percent).
Meriam Bacuñata Cautiver from the University of the Philippines-Los Baños (UPLB) landed third (85.32 percent); Christine Lynn Iturralde Marcelino from Aklan State University-Banga, fourth (84.82 percent); and Leo Roberto Baquilod Bebita from Southwestern University, fifth (84.42 percent).
Others in the top 10 are Jessica Namingsan Eugenio of Benguet State University (83.18 percent); Cellito Cahatol Mendoza, UPLB (82.84 percent); Mary Jasmin Cabillon Ang, UPLB (82.80 percent); Kevin Christian Montecillo Gulay, UPLB (82.74 percent); and Cyrille Laiza Sanchez Sta. Maria, Cagayan State University-Tuguegarao (82.70 percent).
