MANILA, Philippines - Fire broke out again in one of the village of Zamboanga City where rogue members of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) are still engaged in a standoff with government troops.
The Zamboanga City government said in its Twitter account that fire brokeout again in Baranagay Sta. Barbara for the third time in just two days.
"As per report from City Fire Marshall, Sta. Barbara Barangay Hall is on fire," the city government said.
On Tuesday, a fire also broke out in the same village and razed five homes. It was caused by the rogue MNLF members, the city government claimed.

The rebels are now on the third day of standoff with government forces after infiltrating some of the city's coastal villages.
They are believed to be from the group led by MNLF founding chair Nur Misuari.
Misuari's spokesperson on Wednesday said the MNLF members won't retreat nor negotiate with the government.
