MANILA, Philippines - A dentist, his wife, and 12-year-old daughter were found dead in their residence in Morong, Rizal last Thursday, police said.
Dr. Edgar Dalupe, 49, was strangled to death; his wife, Teresa, 47, was stabbed in the back and neck, while their daughter, Zynalcynth, was drowned in a washing machine.
Initial investigation showed that robbery was not the motive in the killing, police said. “I’m still in the process of talking to the victim’s relatives. Hopefully, we can determine the motive and arrest whoever is behind this gruesome murder in due time,†said Senior Superintendent Rolando Anduyan, Rizal police director.
