BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya , Philippines – President Aquino declared a special holiday in Tuguegarao City today to allow residents to take part in the city’s 289th patronal fiesta dubbed Pavvurulun Festival 2013.
“Pavvurulun†means unity and togetherness for the Ibanags, the major inhabitants of Tuguegarao, the capital of Cagayan.
