URDANETA CITY, Philippines – A guard of the city public market was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in Barangay Poblacion the other day.
Jabbar Piti-ilan suffered gunshot wounds in the neck, face and head. He was declared dead on arrival at the Urdaneta District Hospital.
