MANILA, Philippines - A fire razed a four-storey store in Manila Friday morning, a radio report said.
The report said the fire at Rochas Store located at the corner of Recto Avenue and Juan Luna Street in Divisoria district was already raised to the fourth alarm.
As of this posting, firefighters are still trying to put out the fire.
