MANILA, Philippines - Police on Monday arrested in Iloilo province a suspected member of a kidnap-for-ransom gang victimizing Indian nationals.

The police spokesman said that Dumdumaya is facing multiple counts of kidnapping and abduction at the Morong Regional Trial Court Branch 79.

He said that the suspect has a P200,000 bounty on his head.

Cerbo said Dumdumaya was a member of a kidnap-for-ransom group led by Indian national Inderit Singh alias "Goldy", which was active in 2008.
