Antipolo bettor wins P40.9-M lotto pot

MANILA, Philippines - A bettor from Antipolo City, Rizal bagged the P40.9-million jackpot of the 6/55 Grand Lotto draw last Wednesday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said yesterday.

Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, PCSO general manager, said the lotto player hit the six-digit winning combination of 23-16-24-54-21-8 with a jackpot of P40,940,528.40. 

The winning ticket was bought in a lotto outlet in Cogeo, Antipolo City.

Meanwhile, the jackpot of the 6/45 Mega Lotto draw today is expected to hit P54 million.
