BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya , Philippines – Excess water have been released from the Magat Dam along the Isabela-Ifugao border to maintain its normal level amid the rainfall over its watershed areas.
Engineer Saturnino Tenedor of the National Irrigation Administration, which operates the dam’s irrigation facility, said water was released yesterday from the reservoir at a rate of 182 cubic meters per second.
