MANILA, Philippines - Operatives of the Anti-Kidnapping Group rescued unharmed a two-year-old son of a US citizen and arrested two of his kidnappers during an operation in Mabalacat, Pampanga yesterday morning.
In a report to Philippine National Police chief Director General Nicanor Bartolome, AKG chief Senior Superintendent Renato Gumban said identified the arrested suspects as Michael Roque, 36, who was in possession of the P250,000 ransom, and Rogelio Ramos.
