DAVAO CITY, Philippines – A former vice mayor of a town in Bukidnon was wounded in an ambush yesterday in the province, police said.
Reports said former Kadingilan vice mayor Jerry Canoy was with a companion, a certain Danny Coronel, when six men fired at them in Don Carlos town. Canoy and Coronel sustained several gunshot wounds.
