Nueva Vizcaya municipal hall looted

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines  – Several office equipment including two computers and other valuables were lost in the burglary of the municipal planning and development office (MPDO) in this town.

The MPDO office, which is located at the town hall’s annex, is just a stone’s throw away from the police station.

 Police said initial investigation showed that the robbers may have entered through the roof of the restroom and exited through its windows.

The incident is the latest in a series of burglaries reported in the town in recent weeks, including the break-in at Saint Dominic Cathedral, FTM Food Fiesta and the house of former governor Rodolfo Agbayani, all very near the police station.
