La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines – A couple who used to be overseas workers were arrested along Bakakeng Road in Baguio City for carrying 15 grams of shabu with a street value of P150,000, a Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said yesterday.
Fe Delim, 54, and Jimmy Rabosa, 49, are reportedly “responsible for the inter-region distribution of shabu,” PDEA-Cordillera director Gil Cesario Castro said.
He said the couple transported the drugs up to Baguio and Pangasinan, Delim’s home province, from a manufacturer in Manila.
