JAEN, Nueva Ecija – Police have filed murder charges before the Department of Justice against two suspects in last week’s killing of the president of this town’s Association of Barangay Captains (ABC).
Senior Superintendent Ricardo Marquez, provincial police director, said the suspects, Leonilo Sarmiento and Virgilio Domingo, both of Pulong Daga, Quezon, Nueva Ecija, were tagged in the slay of Renato Fermin, barangay chairman of San Jose and Jaen ABC chief.
