MANILA (AP) - The foreign ministers of rival South and North Korea will hold a rare one-on-one meeting this week on the sidelines of a regional security forum in the Philippines, an official said Monday.
South Korean Foreign Minister Song Min-soon will meet his North Korean counterpart, Pak Ui Chun, on Thursday, a South Korean official told The Associated Press. He asked not to be identified, saying he was not authorized to speak to the media.
