Casecnan Dam exec gunned down

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Motorcycle-riding men gunned down an administrative officer of the Casecnan Dam project in Cabanatuan City Friday, police said.

Reports said Arsenio Tomas II, 37, was cruising Barangay Aduas Centro on board an Isuzu Hi-Lander when the gunmen overtook and shot him several times with a caliber .45 pistol. Six spent shells were found in the scene.

Police said the gunmen had apparently trailed Tomas from Guimba town where he resided. — Ric Sapnu
