KORONADAL CITY The police are still groping in the dark on the grenade blast that rocked a multimillion-peso livestock project of the Department of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative Inc. (DARBCI) in Tupi, South Cotabato before dawn last Wednesday.
"We are still investigating the incident, including the identity of the persons who lobbed the grenade and why they attacked the project site," Chief Inspector Benjamin Marcial, Tupi police chief, told The STAR.
