Body parts belong to jailbreaker

TANAUAN CITY, Batangas A severed head and other body parts found in separate places here yesterday morning turned out to belong to a rape-homicide suspect who bolted the provincial jail seven days ago.
Jail guards positively identified the body parts as those of 18-year-old Rogelio Regala, who escaped after he was asked to fetch water.
Regalas severed head was found wrapped in plastic and dumped near the house of SPO4 Damaso Manunahan at about 5:15 a.m.
Two hours later, his left leg and left arm were found near the residence of Inspector Eulalio Lucido.
