Milenyo leaves 4 more fatalities

Tropical depression "Milenyo" has left four more fatalities, all in Rizal, bringing the death toll to 26, the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) said yesterday.
"Milenyo," which has changed direction, has killed eight other people in Rizal, either from drowning or electrocution.
The NDCC said 10,998 people are temporarily staying in evacuation centers.
Meanwhile, 12 crewmen of a fishing boat from Occidental Mindoro swam for several miles to Pawikan Island in San Jose town when their vessel sank on their way to the Palawan Sea. Paolo Romero, Ed Amoroso
