Mrs. Arroyo unveiled yesterday the "Freedom Monument," made by Muslim sculptor Abdulmari de Leon Imao Jr., at the Igorot Park in Baguio City where she spent Holy Week.
During the unveiling, she also launched "Project OYSTER (Out-of-School Youth Serving Toward Economic Recovery)," an emergency program for Baguio’s out-of-work, out-of-school youths. — Marichu Villanueva, Artemio Dumlao and Aurora Alambra
