Tropical Depression Henry exits PAR

MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Henry has exited the Philippine area of responsibility after briefly developing into a tropical cyclone, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
PAGASA weather specialist Benison Estareja said Henry exited PAR yesterday and will remain a tropical depression while it is in the West Philippine Sea.
Henry developed into a tropical depression at 2 a.m. yesterday and was moving away from Luzon. All cyclone wind signals have been lifted.
Henry will still bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Zambales and Bataan. – Bella Cariaso
