Pusher gunned down in Manila

MANILA, Philippines – An alleged drug pusher was shot dead in Port Area, Manila at dawn yesterday.

The victim, identified only as Eric, was between 30 and 35 years old, at least 5’5’’ tall and clad in a black shirt and short pants.

The victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds along 12th street in Port Area at around 2:30 a.m., Senior Police Officer 3 Jose Milbert Balinggan of the Manila Police District said.

Balinggan said seven packets of shabu were found in the victim’s pocket.

Probers said a drug deal gone sour could be the motive for the killing.
