MANILA, Philippines - Three armed men barged into a Quezon City house on Sunday morning and took P69,000 worth of valuables from its occupants.
The suspects also locked up Maria Antonio, 72; Leilanie Legaspi, 49; Liana Marie, 21; and Andrea Antonio, 15, in a bathroom of the house in Barangay Teachers Village West before taking their electronic gadgets.
Superintendent Richard Fiesta said the elderly Antonio was cleaning the garage when three men appeared, asking for a man named Nestor.
The robbers then forced their way in, brandishing a gun at her. Once inside, the robbers made the women go into the bathroom and then seized their belongings.
The stolen items included P7,000 ring, a mobile phone worth P7,000, laptop worth P25,000 and an Apple iPhone 4s worth P30,000.
The girl ran to her room and called an aunt to tell her about the ongoing heist, but the robbers had fled by the time policemen arrived on the scene.
