MANILA, Philippines - Two men were arrested for selling stolen motorcycles in an online store.

Stephen Subido, a resident of Angono town and Moriel Boy Garzon of Pililia, Rizal were arrested in a series of entrapment operation by Quezon City policemen on Thursday.

At least five motorcycles, including Borgy Marcelo’s Yamaha Mio, were recovered, according to Quezon City police director Senior Superintendent Richard Albano.

Marcelo sought police assistance when he saw that his motorcycle was advertised for sale on the  ayos.com.ph website for P17,000.

Albano said Marcelo reported that his motorcycle was stolen along E. Rodriguez Boulevard last March 6.

“The complainant negotiated the sale of the motorcycle and a transaction was set at at around 3 p.m. at a convenience store in Angono,” Albano said.
