MANILA, Philippines - A trader was hospitalized after being shot in a bar in Valenzuela City Saturday night.
Lhans Bamboo Haus waiters Acer Navarro and Alvin Cestoso told police they heard successive gunshots and later saw Harold Duyag, 27, slumped on the table, bleeding, at around 11:30 p.m.
As of yesterday, Duyag remained under observation at the Valenzuela Medical Center for wounds in his left shoulder and neck, according to Senior Police Officer 2 Ronald Bautista.
Police recovered a slug and a shell for a .45 caliber pistol at the crime scene. Investigators have yet to determine the motive for the shooting.
