MANILA, Philippines - A weather forecaster of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said yesterday that Metro Manila residents could expect a cloudy day today.
Pagasa weather forecaster Juanito Galang said “Metro Manila would experience a cloudy day today and rains in most parts of the metropolis tomorrow as the tail-end of a cold front intensifies.”
Pagasa also reported that moderate to strong winds from the northeast would prevail throughout the country, with moderate to rough seas.
