Pasay cops raid drug den

Pasay City cops raided last Monday night a boarding house being used for drug sessions.

Elements of the Station Anti-Illegal Drugs-Special Operation Task Force, led by Senior Inspector Reynaldo Paculan, swooped down the drug den located at 1045 Gioquilay street around 7 p.m.

Paculan said they conducted operations in the area after they received information from an asset that drug sessions were being held inside the boarding house.

Arrested were Ruth Cueto,40, and William Mines,60.

Recovered from the suspects were two sachets of shabu, several sticks of marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia. The suspects were brought to the Pasay City police station.

Cueto’s room was allegedly where the sessions take place. Other boarders denied taking part in illegal drug activities. – Rhodina Villanueva
