Judge Artemio Tipon also formed a three-man election committee, composed of his clerk of court Rosario Ines-Pinzon and one representative from the groups of NPC president Louie Logarta and vice president Anthony Giron, to supervise the election.
Tipon set the deadline for the payment of membership dues and the filing of certificates of candidacy at 6 p.m. of May 30.
Tipon himself will approve on June 6 the list of qualified voters, which will be submitted by membership committee chairman Guillermo Santos to the court by June 2.
The court also required the election committee, Santos and NPC general manager Alice Reyes to appear before him from June 3 to June 5 for the inclusion and exclusion proceedings.
Tipon appointed court employees Rolando Aniano, Michael Pargas, Antonio Centeno and Sherwin Gacria as election observers.
Tipons order effectively overruled the claim of Giron and NPC director Willie Espiritu that they are now the NPC president and vice president, respectively.
