Three suspected women drug pushers were busted Sunday by anti-narcotics agents in a drug sting operation which also led to the seizure of almost half a kilo of shabu in their possession in Del Pan, Tondo.
Police Director Miguel Coronel, executive officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement and Prevention Coordinating Center (DEP Center) identified the arrested suspects as Teresa Pastor, Myra Reyes and Rosario Bautro.
The arrest was effected shortly after the suspects handed over three transparent plastic bags of shabu to a police under cover agent, Coronel said.
"It is very satisfying that our operations yielded positive results and that drug pushers are falling into our traps," Coronel said.
Now detained at Camp Crame, the suspects were charged with violation of Republic Act 6425. Jaime Laude
