The suspect, Marty Borromeo, alias Bunso, of Villa Aurora, Nagpayong, Barangay Pinagbuhatan said he does not regret killing his neighbor, Larry Lanoy, 28.
Lanoy sustained two stab wounds and died while being taken to the Pasig City General Hospital.
Pasig City police chief, Superintendent John Sosito, said Borromeo and his wife were having sex inside their room at about 10 p.m. Sunday when they heard a scratching sound on the plywood wall.
Borromeo stood up and saw a pair of eyes in a hole on the wall, said Sosito. An irate Borromeo, put his clothes on, grabbed a knife and rushed outside and saw Lanoy running away from the place.
Borromeo chased and stabbed Lanoy after cornering him, the police said.
Sosito said Borromeo gave himself up to responding policemen. He yielded the fan knife he used in killing Lanoy.
When interviewed in his cell, Borromeo showed no remorse for killing Lanoy. "Dapat lang sa kanya ’yon," he said. – Non Alquitran
