BoC police tighten watch at airport
CEBU, Philippines - The Bureau of Customs police at the sub-port of Mactan has tightened its watch over the entry of Africans into the province.
ESS Customs Police Sector Commander Capt. Reynaldo Lascuta in an interview with The Freeman said all passengers from African countries, especially those who arrive from Kenya and Nigeria, are strictly monitored in a bid to prevent a repeat of the smuggling of drugs into the country.
Last week, the National Bureau of Investigation arrested a Nigerian for involvement in illegal drugs.
