Fetus found in Lapu-Lapu

CEBU, Philippines - A fetus that was already in a state of decomposition was found by a resident floating along the shoreline of barangay Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City Thursday morning.

The age and gender of the fetus could no longer be determined which prompted a barangay worker to bury the fetus at a public cemetery in barangay Gun-ob.

Constancio Pilvera, 69, a resident of sitio Lawis in barangay Pusok was cleaning and gathering garbage in his backyard when he noticed the fetus. She called the police. – THE FREEMAN
