CEBU, Philippines - A woman, who was just trying her hand in the illegal drugs trade, was arrested yesterday in barangay Camputhaw, Cebu City in a buy-bust operation carried out by the intelligence section of the Mandaue City Police Office.
Baby Nene Delos Santos, 35, of Villagonzalo Dos, Cebu City is now in police custody.
The first transaction was supposed to be made in barangay Bakilid, Mandaue City but Santos changed her mind and opted to do business at a street corner in barangay Camputhaw in Cebu City. Seized from Santos was .35 grams of shabu.
She is now detained at the Centro police station while charges against her are being readied. - THE FREEMAN
