CEBU, Philippines - Sixth district Rep. Gabriel “Luigi” Quisumbing has donated computer sets to public elementary schools in the towns of Cordova and Consolacion.
Quisumbing said the donation aims to enhance the information technology of school children in his district and continue the advocacy for quality education through the efficient use of technology.
Aside from donating computers, the budget for which comes from his Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF), each barangay in Consolacion and Cordova will also be given health kits that include blood pressure apparatus, weighing scale, and nebulizer.
“In my continuing commitment to have accessible and quality healthcare services for the residents of the sixth district, we are conducting barangay health programs and medical missions in partnership with the local governments of Mandaue City, Consolacion and Cordova towns .
He also promised to provide one ambuvan for each of the barangays in the sixth district before his terms end.
