CEBU, Philippines - A 70-year-old man was found dead in on one of the motel rooms of Queensland Motel in ditio Sangi in barangay Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City yesterday noon.
The motel called the Emergency Rescue Unit Foundation (ERUF) after a woman companion of the man sought help after she realized the man with her was no longer breathing.
Police identified the dead man as Francisco Amodia.
ERUF personnel found Amodia sitting but showed no vital signs.
The woman, who requested anonymity, said she and Amodia were having an affair and that his children knew about it.
She said Amodia expired 30 minutes after checking in.
She said Amodia died moments after Amodia took off his clothes.
The woman theorized that Amodia suffered a heart attack.
