CEBU, Philippines - The decomposing body of a man believed to be a Korean was found by a fisherman floating in the seawaters of sitio Takan, barangay Ibo, Lapu-Lapu City yesterday morning.
Lapu-Lapu Police Homicide investigator SPO1 Jesus Gemenia said the man could be in his early 30s.
The body was taken to the Saint Francis Funeral Homes for autopsy. – THE FREEMAN
