CEBU, Philippines - The police in barangay Opao in Mandaue City arrested a man who sold marijuana sticks to a poseur buyer Sunday in sitio Bohol-Bohol in barangay Looc, Mandaue City, the second buy-bust operation conducted by the Opao Police station in a span of three days.
Arrested was Dante Esma.
Seized from Esma 76 sticks of hand rolled marijuana sticks.
Last Friday evening, the same police station seized 58 sticks of marijuana from couple Jenny and Roberto Lumapas in barangay Cambaro, Mandaue City.
Police said marijuana is popular in Mandaue due to the scarcity of shabu.
Police believe that Marijuana come from Danao City.
Esma together with the Lumapas couple are being detained.
