Fashion lends a hand

MANILA, Philippines - The country is in a state of calamity in the wake of recent floods caused by monsoon rains, and the local fashion collective has heeded this cry for help. Here are a number of ways you can contribute to the relief efforts for the benefit of flood victims, while keeping the local fashion industry alive.
