Simple glam was the theme for ladies who celebrated Samsung Metrowear 100. The night gave them license to look gorgeous, but not over the top. Dresses and skirts were the look of choice, with different textures and designs such as lace and hand-painted flowers. The ladies also went for statement accessories such as huge or intricate belts and neckpieces.
Samsung Metrowear 100 marked a first in Philippine fashion history as it gathered 100 fashion designers for one spectacular evening in celebration of Metrowear’s seventh year of honoring the rise of Filipino fashion geniuses. Manila Hotel’s Tent City, where the grandiose affair was held, served as the perfect backdrop for the designs. Guests enjoyed overflowing drinks and mouth-watering dishes as they grooved to the music of mix master DJ Anton Ramos. The beautifully exhibited shoes and bags to pieces of jewelry from the F.A.M.E. accessories designers also captivated guests.
