The al fresco buffet features shrimps, petit grilled steaks, lamb, fish, meat pies, cured meats, and desserts with butter, cream and jellies. Beverage selections from sparkling water to wine are courtesy of the Wine Warehouse. Plus, the cocktails and drinks are either fierce or ingenious, a symbol of Australia’s stylish boozers everywhere.
