The Dinos Alive World Tour is coming to town, and is set to be an exciting non-stop entertainment for the whole family.
After successful visits to Thailand and Indonesia where the tour garnered an impressive turnout of over a quarter of a million visitors, the next stop is Manila.
MAX Entertainment is set to showcase the world’s largest “transportable” exhibition of robotic dinosaurs for the first time in the Philippines.
Marcus Luer, chief executive officer of MAX Entertainment, said, “The feedback has been very positive and we are targeting the largest turnout of the tour so far with an estimated 350,000 people over the six-week duration.”
Visitors will be treated to a fully air-conditioned, climate-controlled environment and an overall fun-fair set-up of 12,000 square meters (equivalent to 120 basketball courts) housing over 30 interactive dinosaurs, including the Tyrannosaurus Rex, the star of the show standing at a height of two elephants stacked on top of each other, and the largest dinosaur (Apatosaurus) measuring nearly the size of the world’s largest mammal, the blue whale.
The dinosaurs will be brought to life through special sound and light effects and unique movements.
Luer said, “The Dinos Alive World Tour will be set up as an interactive edu-tainment ‘walk-through’ exhibition with dramatic displays of our life-sized dinosaurs, dino train and simulator rides, merchandise, and fun activities for children and of course, Santa Claus photo sessions.”
According to Luer, there will also be a large Christmas themed F&B area furnished with a movie theater and a fossil dig pit for the kids, too.
Also, MAX Entertainment will be giving out free hotdogs to the first 45,000 family package purchases.
The Dinos Alive World Tour-Manila will be set up next to the SM Mall of Asia from Nov. 28 to Jan. 11, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends and 12 noon to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
Tickets are available from Ticket World by calling 891-9999 or online at www.ticketworld.com.ph. Ticket prices are P600 for adults, P450 for kids below a meter tall, and P1,750 for the family package (two adults and two kids, plus one free ticket).
