Breakfast at Tiffany’s, love in the afternoon

Nothing hits the heart of a hopeless romantic like a piece from Tiffany. The store itself is a chapel of love. From the winsome Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s to Charlotte’s engagement in Sex and the City, the place is where true love is cemented.

Of course, it has grown into more than just a love chamber. I’m personally obsessed with their home accessories and my father circles his Lotto tickets with one of their many selections of sterling silver pens.

Tiffany’s uncompromising standards of quality and craftsmanship are matched only by the company’s long tradition of introducing new designs that capture the imagination and epitomize contemporary life.

ATLAS SHRUGGED

My dad’s personal favorite is the Atlas collection. He has everything from that collection. For sentimental reasons, because my dad is my homeboy, I am also a fan of the slick and elegant collection.

Introduced in 1995, the collection is named for the Atlas clock, one of the great symbols of Tiffany & Co. that graces the entrance of the company’s New York flagship store and Tiffany stores around the world.

The Tiffany Atlas collection explores the bold and elegant elements of its archetype, the Atlas watch.

Created by Tiffany design director John Loring, the patented watch design features raised Roman numerals and matte and diamond-polished surfaces. This striking motif combines with grooved borders and bar links to create a wide array of jewelry and accessories, for men and women, in 18-karat yellow white gold, gold with diamonds or colored gemstones, sterling silver, and silver with gold accents.

It’s beauty that keeps on giving. Gift items including writing instruments, clocks, and sterling silver items such as pocketknives, money clips, belt buckles and cigar cutters. This masterful design theme also accents the home in exquisite crystal and sterling silver accessories that elevate everyday life as well as the art of entertaining family and friends.

RING IN THE CELEBRATION

My best friend Jackie has made Tiffany a part of her life. Lucky bee-yatch gets anniversary rings every year — the perk of being a married.

Tiffany diamonds are unparalleled in terms of sentimental value, history and romantic innuendo. Shaped with classic round diamonds, traced in delicate diamond ribbons and fluid weaves, studded with pavé diamonds, Tiffany Celebration rings symbolize each personal moment worth remembering. Its vast variety ensures that there is a celebration ring for every personality.

WATCH IT

The industrial age gave way to the more luxurious aesthetic of luxury travel. Glam nomads sought something hardy yet stylish. Along with steamer trunks, quills and chic cameras came elegant timepieces.

Like the streamlined automotive icons it emulates, the watch is beautifully proportioned, fully equipped, hand-assembled, and with options tailored to taste.

The seamless six-piece, curvilinear case, available in two sizes, gleams in 18-karat yellow or rose gold; and in stainless steel, with a version framed in sparkling diamonds.

The classic dial with Arabic numerals offers silver, blue and copper finishes, as well as lacquer in white or ivory. Two Swiss-made movements drive the Tiffany Grand: quartz resonator with a sweep seconds sub dial and automatic mechanical movement with three hands and date window.

The watch perfectly conforms to the wrist and is fitted with alligator straps in brown or black. The case, dial and crown all bear Tiffany & Co. registered Swiss hallmarks.

Telling time has never been this timeless.
