Masters School for Models opens in Makati

MANILA, Philippines - A model needs more than just a pretty face and a stunning physique to make it in the industry.

This was the premise around which the Masters School for Models was built. Originally inspired by its first branch Genesis The New York Masters School for Models in the Upper East Side of New York City, its “continuous education” curriculum includes basic and advanced education for both aspiring and experienced models, providing the tools for personality development and proper training needed in this industry.

Its basic program includes makeup, nutrition and fitness, grooming and wardrobe, basic photographic, runway, and TVC skills.

Students can then move on to secondary and intensive courses that offer specializations in runway modeling, editorial/high fashion and commercial photography, and portfolio development and international modeling.

Masters School for Models in the Philippines was founded by Joey Espino who discovered models such as Sarah Meier, Teresa Herrera, Charo Ronquillo, Gayle Ong, 2tay Maristela, and Christine Bayer who have made waves in the international scene through Espino’s Cal Carrie agency.

“Being enrolled in this type of training really does enhance a model’s physical and intellectual confidence” shares Sarah Meier. Teresa Herrera adds: “Masters School for Models is a big step towards honing homegrown talents, as Charo Ronquillo herself has garnered great praise from the industry because of her extensive training.”

For inquiries, visit Masters Schools for Models, G/F L.V. Locsin Bldg., Ayala Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City, or call 403-8607 or 400-3344 and look for Christine Bayer or send an email to mastersschoolformodels@gmail.com. All interested applicants will be given an orientation.
